Upcoming Events January 30 - Corporate Communion - 8 am mass Second & Third Degrees In an unusual arrangement, the Degree teams from Tennessee will exemplify the ceremonies. This is a significant event because it is the first time in recent memory that a Tennessee degree team has conferred degrees in the state of Kentucky. We are expecting about fifty Knights from our council to attend. We may have another 20-30 Knights from other locations also in attendance. More on this later as the planning becomes more defined. It is extremely important that all First Degree members clear their calendar and attend the Degrees.

Business
meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in
the upstairs meeting room in the St. Vincent de Paul house at
Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year. Information about Camp Ondessonk, a terrific opportunity for Catholic families. We currently support four weekly regular hours of perpetual eucharistic adoration: Tuesday morning from 1:00 am until 3:00 am, and Thursday mornings from Midnight until 2:00 am at Sts. Peter & Paul Church. A Knight is present during these hours, with a rotation among the sixteen participating Knights. The current schedule is below. Interested? See what The Real Presence Association offers, or contact Dick Dymek. We support the charitable Bingo on Thursdays at the AMVETS Post in Oak Grove from 6:30 pm until midnight. Knights are always needed to work this duty, run with a roster with duty falling about once every six months. Proceeds support both the parish and our council. Interested Knights should contact Bingo Chairman, Chuck Puckett. When there is a 5th Sunday in a month, we have a Corporate communion at one of the Sunday masses. We support blood drives twice a year through the Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center (203 W. 17th St., Hopkinsville), and encourage all Knights and families to donate as often as possible. Annual activities include: Lenten Fish Fries, a Council Picnic, Christmas Party, collection of food and distribution of food baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and support to the parish picnic.
